Good dialog is key to a successful consulting relationship. My clients have an “all access pass” they can reach me or get a message to me at just about anytime. They know when I’m going to be away from the office for an extended period. My email, SMS and phone follow me everywhere. I communicate via Instant Messages, email, SMS, SKYPE, phone, Facebook messages and smoke signals. The only electronic gear I don’t use is a FAX machine - the one I had was so old it ran on steam.
