Each training format is designed to provide the
highest level of learning in the time allotted.
Content in each module has been uniquely
developed for maximum effectiveness.
The SimplyStrengths™ Total Immersion Seminar
This two-day training module takes participants through a six-step process designed to help them understand their personal strengths and weaknesses, with special emphasis given to communicating this self-awareness to other members of their team(s). The content is intense and interactive, guiding students through serious personal assessments using games, exercises, video and lively discussion. Suggested scenarios: Provide this workshop for executive management, directors, and team leaders as the umbrella training for the launch of a company-wide Strengths-focused initiative. Class size limits: minimum 10, maximum 30.
The StrengthsEssentials™ Workshop

This six-hour “half-day” workshop provides background into the conventional myths that keep talented people from playing to their Strengths. Taught in three segments, the content is focused on helping participants “drill down” on one or two top Strengths AND on drawing up action plans for immediately putting their Strengths to work on the job. Students receive tools and templates they can use for personal discovery after leaving the classroom. Suggested scenarios: Intact teams within an organization; small company annual team-building; pre-strategic planning exercise. Class size: minimum 10, maximum 100.
The SimplyStrengths eLearning™ System
A six-part series of self-directed learning with video training provided on a DVD, coupled with homework assignments which are followed by weekly group discussion sessions with an online mentor. Content is similar to the Total Immersion Seminar with lessons focused on Strengths, Weaknesses and communication with a team. Lesson time and homework is typically covered in about two hours a week, plus the group session. Total time over six weeks is about 16-18 hours. Suggested scenarios: This works very well for teams that do not work in close proximity to one another. Companies with many locations can use eLearning to get all their supervisory people on the same program at the same time. Class size: no minimum, maximum 10.
SimplyStrengths™ Virtual Classroom
Similar to the eLearning format, this version features six weekly lessons led by a live trainer via webcast technology. Participants are encouraged to interact during each 60-minute session and are given homework assignments to complete prior to the next group session. The difference between Virtual Classroom and eLearning is the guidance provided by the instructor as the training occurs. Virtual Classroom students are led by the teacher, eLearning participants are self-directed. Suggested scenarios: Virtual companies with staff people in many geographies can use our VC format to foster regular engagement and team building. Class size limit is 10 people.
