What changes first? Body, Mind or Soul?

A random radio commercial got me to thinking about the process of personal change and I’m stuck mulling over a bunch of questions:

When a person sets out to change something about them self, what changes first – mind, body, soul?

Can I bring about physical changes without first changing my

Do I want it NOW or later?

I recently began taking a medication that promises to offer a solution to an annoying condition, the details of which I’ll share at some point down the road.

The drug is designed to release its effectiveness over a 12-14 hour period, and it seems to function as it should. I can actually feel it working

The view from our private lanai/balcony

Must cooler today in La Quinta (CA) – I’m guessing we are still over 100′ but no where close to Friday’s 121 nor yesterday’s 110. It just feels better. Easier to sit outside and enjoy the heat.

I think there must be a little bit more vacation

Technology Rant #414

In the process of syncing my BB Curve to my Mac, a little note popped up alerting me to an update being provided for the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Stupid me -

I ran the update and spent the next 45 minutes mitigating the damage.

Stupid me -

The update caused 175 “calendar conflicts” – of

Blessed by technology

This morning, at the same time, I was:

Chatting with a friend in Orlando – iChat Watching a 1940′s newsreel of Yosemite National Park – YouTube Reading comments from hundreds of friends, colleagues and acquaintances – Facebook Engaging in some passive marketing for my business – Twitter Posting a response to a question on the

Reviewing your week

The single best piece of advice I’ve EVER been given came during one of those $99 seminars they have at the local Embassy Suites. The tip cost less than a hundred bucks and has paid off thousands of times over.

Make tomorrow’s TO DO list before you go home at night.

When I take the
